Job Description:
Recruitment of publisher partners for an International Performance Network.
The publisher recruitment department is responsible for enhancing the company's media assets, developing business relationships with online publishers (affiliates, ad networks, affiliate networks, SEO and SEM affiliates and more).
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prospect for new publishers and affiliates and introduce them to the benefits of Adsmarket.
2. Recruit new publishers and affiliates, negotiate agreements and manage them until they become active in our network.
3. Ensure new affiliates access the best offers according to their profile and Adsmarket's portfolio.
Requirements and Qualifications:
? At least 2 years of experience in high-pace international sales or marketing
? Experience in International Online Marketing or Online Sales ? an advantage.
? Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
? High level of English, other languages are an advantage
? BA Degree (Business management / Economics an advantage).
? High Computer & Internet Skills
? Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
? Ability to cold call, up-sell and negotiate with clients
? Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
? Proactive; able to work independently; tenacious; goal-oriented
? Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
? Hard working; ability to work late hours.
