Google had added a new feature to Google map called My Map, It lets anyone create mashups by pointing, clicking, dragging and dropping. The aspect of Google map I find interesting is not that new, its one of the existing features which allows you to put you business address on the map. I don't know if this can lead to sale or increate business for those who put their business address on Google maps.
