Putting Google SEO Puzzle together

Google has moved on from the days when the sheer number of links to your site counts as a ‘vote’ for your site the by ranking your site higher to a more sophisticated method of site ranking which includes. The so-called sandbox, link aging, and other methods to weed our bogus links.
Has anyone actually managed to put this entire new factor together to have a cogent SEO document to get a good ranking in Google?

BTW if any of our resident SEO want to put a good article together for love of UK webmaster forum or for money please PM me, I will like to have an excellent SEO resource for our users.
