Question For App Install

I don't know how to put this question, don't mind if you feel this is a dumb question. I am just wondering that there are many app installs websites there in market. I am thinking whether is it possible to take one of my CPA app install offer and run on these app installs websites?

I want to invest some money and get some apps installed.

Is it possible.

Note: English is not my first language.

Sure you can, however there're 2 types of "app install websites"
1) Sites like fiverr (you pay users for installs). There's no problem at all, just to find those who'll make it
2) Sites like Aarki & Fyber. It's quite harder. You need to be prepared for interview with them, have tracker and be ready that someone can overbid your offer. However it is still possible.

As you said I went on fiverr and searched for app installers, I don't think they will promote my CPA app install offer. Any other alternate to do it easily?
