Question: Simple Steps On Choosing and Optamizing Offer

I want to promote Maxbounty and Clickbank products, but there are so many offers to choose from the networks. Below are the simple methods that I want to try:
1. Promote 3-5 offers at the same time by direct linking only (if possible).
2. Choose one offer only that has the highest conversions or CTR.
3. Create landing pages for that offer.

Have you guys tried the steps above before?

You can promote as many offers at once as you want, you just have to set up the campaigns. DL can be tricky, though. Not all advertising platforms (i.e. Google) allow affiliate links or CB. You're better off using a domain or tracker.

Sure! Be aware though, that you will likely have a lot of competition. Make sure you do your due diligence to know what you're up against before you spend money on advertising. Then make your ads better.

3. Create landing pages for that offer.

For per sale items (CB) - absolutely! It's really hard to sell a product without a presale landing page. Also, a squeeze page to capture emails and build your list is a smart idea. Then you can build a relationship with your subscribers and sell to them more than once.

You may or may not need one for MB CPA offers. If it's a low payout, I wouldn't bother.

Thank you for the advice, Azgold. I think Bing still allows DL but I have to make sure that there is no auto-play video. I am very less likely to promote anything on Google now because the keywords are very expensive in comparison to Bing.
