Quotex Affiliated Suspended My Account After Withdrawal

This also happened to me yesterday. I was trying to withdraw my affiliate earnings when my account was suddenly suspended. I never created multiple accounts, nor did I allow any of my household relatives to sign up using my referral link. I was aware of the risk that Quotex might flag multiple accounts in the same household, so I only invited friends who were genuinely interested and willing to trade.

Out of frustration, I reached out to their Telegram group, but instead of addressing my concerns, they told me to "speak normally" before they would even engage in a conversation. Anyone would be upset in this situation—there was no email or explanation for the suspension. After putting in the effort to bring in legitimate users, they just suspend accounts without warning? Their support team has been extremely rude and unprofessional, and I have yet to receive any response from them.

sorry to hear about your experience—it sounds incredibly frustrating. Sudden suspensions without clear communication, especially when you're careful with your referrals, are unacceptable. I've seen similar reports, and it might help to try reaching out through other channels like email or social media for a clearer explanation. Have others experienced this and found a workaround? Hopefully, we can all get some clarity on how to resolve these issues.

Yes, I understand. That’s why I made sure to inform my affiliates about this issue, and unfortunately, many of them were disheartened and discouraged from continuing on the platform. New users who had just made deposits and were excited to begin trading also became disillusioned and hesitant to continue. As a result, several of my friends have chosen to withdraw their funds and move away from the platform due to the unexpected account suspensions and bans. This situation has caused a significant loss of trust among users.

We've had many vendors in the past get upset when they are presented with the requirements to register their businesses here on our platform. We have vetted registered vendors here for more than ten years to help prevent members from having such experiences.

Many times we've seen this type of behavior from vendors in this industry. All industries have unscrupulous players and we all need to be sure to report them to one another. There have been many of them over the years that have come and gone and usually when they start having financial issues the first people to suffer are the affiliates. They go unpaid. However, the affiliates that do not bother to read the TOS of each company and then violate their rules is still the number one cause of suspended accounts and loss of payment.

ALWAYS READ THE TOS AND POLICIES OF EVERY COMPANY YOU DO BUSINESS WITH. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I have carefully read and understood their terms and policies, and I even reached out to their support team whenever I had questions to ensure full compliance. I have strictly followed their rules—I did not use multiple accounts, nor did I create fake accounts to withdraw my commission. In fact, I even avoided referring my own household members to prevent any risk of being flagged.

My affiliates did not leave due to financial difficulties but rather because of concerns about the platform’s reliability. After I informed them that Quotex failed to pay my commission and subsequently suspended my account, they became worried that the same could happen to them without any clear reason. This led them to leave—not because of financial struggles, but due to trust issues. We consistently used the platform for 12 hours a day.

Additionally, I have observed that most users who report issues receive responses from Quotex’s Telegram support quite promptly. However, my case remains unanswered, which leads me to believe that there was no valid reason to suspend my account, as I have adhered to all their policies. Furthermore, I was surprised by the response I received from their support, asking me to ‘talk normally’ before they would engage in any conversation. This experience has been quite disappointing, as I was hoping for a more professional and transparent resolution to my concern.

I understand your frustration - being suspended without clear explanation, especially after strictly following the rules, is incredibly disappointing. It’s even more concerning when your affiliates, who have trusted your guidance, start leaving due to these trust issues. Have you considered gathering more evidence from your support interactions or reaching out through alternative channels to escalate the issue? It might also be worth discussing this experience with others who faced similar issues to see if there's a collective approach that could prompt a more professional response from Quotex.

So they responded already, I was banned for inviting my freinds. WTF. So in their affiliate program you can't invite friends and also one of my friends email that they indicated saying that it was my email. LOL I showed them he was a real person and ask for evidence of what they suspect me of to, I showed them an evidence that he was a real person and he was one of my biggest investors that was actually human and trading. Quotex affiliate is a scam and that they should not have a affiliate program.

PS I chatted their support for clarification if I could invite my household, which did not go through that it is possible to invite household but using different devices and that my account would not get banned. But still they banned the account even none of my household joined. Quotex affiliate program is a scam. They just take our commission.
