Recruiting Sub-Affiliates

Just curious, as a newbie, whether the advice in this forum for merchants and affiliate managers would also apply to recruiting sub-affiliates, or whether there may be special circumstances that warrant more specific tactics and strategies...?

Also, is it just me or do precious few affiliate programs offer tiered affiliate marketing??

While our program does off a 5% second tier, most programs do not. Many affiliates would prefer to have the 5% added to their own commission versus a second tier.

In reality, this is possible and we will adjust our commission levels accordingly if ask about it.
