When I put CTA JS code from Adsbridge on my CTA button (self hosted landing page),after clicking it get redirected to http://example.com/://example.com/index.html

From the what you posted, it looks like your supposed to put the relative url.
If you is landing page: http://example. com/index.html
then only put index.html
