RegisterFly what is the story?

I got an email from RegisterFly advising me to renew the domain I have with them, I visited the site and I saw the message in the attached image, what exactly is the story with them? I know their accreditation has been withdrawn..but are they still trading?

GoDaddy picked up Registerfly months ago! If you call GoDaddy, they will give you the details!

I thought that RF domains were already converted to the GD system alreadey though!
