Reliable and Fast UK Webhosts?

I'm looking for a decent UK webhost to host a couple of my UK targeted affiliate projects.

From hostingspeeds.com I saw that uk.gnomebaby.com was #1 on the list for UK hosts, and their prices looked pretty decent as well. Has anyone had any experience with them?

Please recommend others if you can as well.

Ability to accept paypal is a plus. UK server is necessary.

I've never heard of them - but their status page says they have been down for over 2 hours this month!

We are a uk web hosting company and provide web hosting at a very competitive price. At the moment we have our servers located in the US but in the next couple of weeks we will be migrating to the UK.
