Retargeting a clickbank link on facebook

Hey guys, just a quick question, dont even know if this is possible or not, but lets say I promote a cb offer where it goes directly to the offer (not creating my own landing/squeeze page), how can I then create a retargeting pixel? Is this even possible or do I have to buy retargeting from a co. like adroll etc?
