You say the name of a site you would like to be reviewed. Someone spends a minute going over the site saying what's wrong (or right) with it but not in depth and then they post a URL for the next person to review.

I hope that makes sense!

I did design myself (though I am a programmer actually, so yes, I know that it's not the best design you have seen ).
