If you are not versed in HTML and in all the different Schema's out there.. Then you should use google's Sructured Data Markup Helper.

After you are done, it will generate a script which you can copy paste to your site inside the <head> tag.

Simply you could google. You can find such schema markup making websites or tools which can put in codes for you the points that google could read and display in a perfect manner.
