Well, if you're not trying to promote an affiliate program, which is really what this sounds like,
you could try to buy ads.

One of the number one places to find and recruit affiliates is communities like this. However, most of us require you to have specific requirements in place before we permit you to solicit or recruit our members. All forums are very protective of their members and we don't let just anyone promote in our communities.
You can see our requirements here on our Resource Requirements & Instructions page. This will give you an idea of what you need to have before you can successfully recruit affiliates anywhere. Additionally, our requirements are modeled after the typical affiliate network requirements for vendors wanting to list their offers with them.
It's easy to get worthless affiliates. Affiliates that are proven performers on the other hand will not work with incomplete environments, poorly structured affiliate agreements, or unprofessionally structured offers or programs.
You need a written plan and affiliate agreement, an affiliate portal with tracking and payout data as well as some creatives to get them going. There is more, but you get the idea. To try and provide anything less for that and expect results is like opening a hamburger stand that has no griddle or stovetops and telling the customers that while the burgers are uncooked now you hope to have an grill sometime soon.
