Hey motorace, I highly suggest you check out seo 2020, which is the new version of university 2020, this crew is very up to date and you will learn about the idea of silo site building. For an actual program i could recommend silomatic or silo publisher, theme zoom is also something you should get your hands on.

All of the above will really be the way of the future as far as SEO goes, why waste your time with things that are on the out?
