Should we used cookie pop up on our lander pages after GDPR rules

I have observed all bigger websites have started showing pop up/notifications on their websites saying we are using cookies to gather data after the gdpr update.

My question is do we need to add such notifications on our landers as well? As we are running landers per offers and do not have a complete website should we use this kind of notification or we can ignore them?

Truth is -- there is no *specific GDPR jurisdictional* case law regarding businesses with no physical presence (address [domicile], webservers in the EU). If you are in the EU than that is the law.

Ironically, all this tracking and retargeting that is obvious to the EU consumer has caused this law to be enacted in the first place.

So I am not in EU. Also, I do not have full-fledged websites as well. I am just creating simple landers for mobile CPA campaigns so for this I can ignore to show these notifications to visitors of these landers even if I am using cookie/retargeting code on these landers?
