It is now very common for link vendors to try and sell link to you based on predicted PR gains, do you think this should be taken into account when buying links, are predicted PR accurate any way ?
Telling the truth I have never paid for link, but I think that I won't pay for a predicted link value. The word "prediction" suggest me hidden risk. In order to minimize the risk I would use this link value estimator tool.
