Staff from Google visiting my site?

I have noticed Google visiting my site a few times and doing a site: search. I only noticed this because it is a new site with few visitors. Has anybody seen this? I am guessing it is not automated?

This is not the Google staff but the Google Bot crawling your site therefore, this IP is of the Bot itself.
