What happens when you write an article and someone diggs it. How does this work in Google's eyes.

Is it eventually seen as duplicate content? Will Digg get one over you on you because of their popularity?

Curious how this eventually turns out!
 
When someone diggs your article they post link to to your initial submission on theirs profile page. If anything is "duplicated" is the title of your submission and link to your article. Isn't that the point to gain as many links with relevant anchor text as possible?

I don't see any possible implications from social bookmarking sites unless Google declares them all to be link farms or bad neighborhoods...
