Still struggling to load Payoneer account

We want to implement this method to pay affiliates, but we are having hard time in loading money to our account.

Our network uses Paxum so I can't help you too much there, but if you're not getting tech/customer support from Payoneer through e-mail or phone have you tried tweeting their account Payoneer (@Payoneer) | Twitter? 8/10 when I tweet a company I get a faster response through there than using traditional methods Try it, might work!
