I've got some stupid questions for you all to answer.

I've signed up to CPA Lead, but how do I promote giveaways?

Where can I find offers like PS4 for free or iphone for free?

Are these offers legit or are they just scams?

I go on to the offers page and see an offer called "win burger king for a year" but when I click on the llink it's a different offer?

What's link locking and content locking or are they the same thing?

When you generate a link for link locking on CPA lead, in the tutorial videos it has lots of offers/surveys, are they there automatically, or do you have to choose which surveys are listed??

Link and content lockers are alike. The difference is link lockers lock urls to sites of your choosing. Content lockers lock specific content within your website.
