suggestions about visiters?

i have a PR 2 directory. i am not interested in it's PR. i just want to have a directory that google sends at least 1000 visiters a day. for example alivedirectory is PR 7 but it does not have visiters. but i know some directories have 35k-40k visiters in a day. what are your suggestions?

Contents is the keys, people do not visit a directory that is just a collection of links like thousands of other directories on the internet. You need to provide something new, something useful and something unique.
