Switching / Adding Words in Title Tag - Will I get Slapped in the SERPs?

I'm adding one word in my title tag and switching some words around - do you think I'll get slapped in the SERPs? (It's on the index page).

I'm not aware of any reason you'd get slapped. You just could possibly rank differently for the phrases you are already ranking for but hopefully could rank for some new phrases too by adding the new keyword.
