I've been an internet marketing entrepreneur for the last five years. Over these years I've explored dozens, if not hundreds, of ways to generate money online. I have several articles online similar to this post listing the numerous ways you can make money online, so I decided that I would post a list for the members of this community.

Writing Online for Cash :
Squidoo - A friendly community & article directory where you can submit original content & make money.
HubPages - A strong article directory with a lot of incoming traffic you can submit original content & make cash.
SliceThePie - A review website for music, you can make cash by reviewing new releases from artists across the globe.

Free GPT Websites where you can earn cash :
Points2Shop - One of the leading get paid to websites on the web, they pay you to complete surveys, do offers, refer friends, play games, and much more.
CashCrate - One of the leading get paid to websites on the web, they pay you to complete surveys, do offers, refer friends, play games, and much more.

Make Money with Stock Photography
If you're a hobbyist / professonal photographer, than snapping original, high-quality images is a great alternative to generating money online. You can sell your stock images to any of the leading websites, however the acceptance is strict so just be sure to follow the guide-lines to the best of your ability. Just do a quick search for how to sell stock images online and you'll find dozens of great resources.

Market yourself as a Freelancer
If you're capable & have internet skills, such as : web-design, graphic-design, SEO, social media marketing, etc. than you can market yourself as a freelancer online to bring in some extra money. You can use websites such as ODesk, Freelancer, Elance, etc. to find work, or you can try to find work locally using Craigslist, Monster, or local search engines.

Interesting post, but be careful of points2cash, some surveys ask for number of credit card.

There are a lot of ways to make money online, but most of them rarely pay out.

The amount of time, effort, (and sometimes) money that you put in will ultimately generate your final outcome. This is assuming the source is legitimate. I've found that if it isn't a sneaky way to send you junk mail, it's an obvious pyramid scheme.

Finding the right source, the right hobby, or the right job is really key to gaining legitimate online income. The question is finding what you're good at and figuring out how much time you're willing to put into it.

Those with specialized skills such as web design, coding, photography, or those good at drawing may find themselves in a saturated market. They will need something spectacular to stand out among the rest, or a good knack for finding the right freelance posts and writing a good resume and cover letter.

If you're of the lucky few that have made a sizable profit, I salute you.

Alot of those websites sure do sound familiar! When I first started, the first site I used was Swagbucks, and I'm still making twenty five dollars a month from there. I know ton's of people are in love with affiliate marketing, but I dont like it considering I'm not in control of how much money I make. This year I started working for a site called Telexfree, and all I have to do is post their ads, which takes very little time to complete.

Great list, the least potential with all of them is actually GPT sites, and trust me, I have experience on a site called Swagbucks. The amount of time and effort you put into it each day to earn $5 is just too much, you have to camp for surveys, camp for special codes which only last an hour, and have an addiction to them. I would stay away from them if you know SEO and basic knowledge on online marketing. It's great to start off though.

I'm currently writing online for cash, more specifically, running a blog. It does take a while for you to get started and put out articles on a consistent basis, but once you're used to it, it becomes easier. SEO is a bit harder since you have to optimize your keywords, tags, make your site look good, etc, but once you get some traffic, it will multiply until you have thousands. This doesn't happen over a time span of a day, month, or even a year, but if you work hard and become dedicated to it, you will be successful.

I have been working online for more than 1 year now, but not regularly. I started off with Postloop, a paid-to-post to forums website which can generate nice income and isn't even a job, since you all have to do is choose forums that are related to a topic of your interest and post quality posts, not necessarily long.

I have tried paid-to-click websites, Bubblews, etc. I am a professional photographer so I also put my art for sale online in websites like Society6, Gumroad, 500px and RedBubble. In the beginning you don't earn a lot, but once you have found what you really like doing you can totally focus into that and start raising your earnings.

Wow, $25/month from Swagbucks? How on earth are you managing that?! I signed up a couple of weeks ago but the earning was so slow that I just gave up!

I would also recommend an app called Qmee, which adds onto your browser. Basically, sometimes when you search on search engines/eBay/Amazon, the Qmee sidebar will pop up and suggest pages you might have otherwise missed. You get a small amount of cash for each link you click on. I made the mistake of spamming in the first few days I had it so now results appear less often for me, but if you use it responsibly, it can be a nice little passive earner.

When you are a freelancer, you set your own time and you can have good flexibility.

That is a great list of sites to make money at. I use several survey sites and have found a few that pay a steady amount. I use the earnings to help pay for some of our vacation expenses. Every little bit does help. I'm always on the look out for new ways to earn money online. That way I can switch it up and not become bored.

Great list! It can be so hard looking for the right one for you. I used to write for eHow a few years back with a lot of success. Sadly they closed down and I haven't been able to find one quit like them. I've joined so many sites and just don't click well with them. So my search continues ...

Swagbucks and other gpt sites are a great way to raise your funds if you do not have enough money to setup your business or are just learning the ropes! However, everyone here knows that SEO is the way to go forward! You can dedicate how long you spend online and through this you can also decide your earnings online!

Good list. I'm fairly new to SEO in general myself, so I appreciate lists like this that help refine my search for something that fits my niche of skills and interests. I understand that anything one expects to reap benefit from requires work and consistency, but its good to know which places are better for your buck and time. Writing has been my main area of interest for a long time. In addition to the site you mentioned, I was active on Associated Content (now Yahoo Contributor Network). I haven't added new content since it became YCN so I don't know how upfront payments are running these days but I still get a trickle of income from old articles sitting there still collecting page views. Copywriting, web content, and other marketing-oriented writing jobs pay much better though they can be somewhat boring or less fulfilling because others dictate the subject and tone.

I haven't had much success with other online moneymaking methods. Part of that, I'm sure, is lack of commitment but part of it is that so many pay pennies at a time so it takes a lot of effort to accumulate any real earnings.

This is a great list. Some of those sites I have never heard of but I will definitely be checking them out. I feel it's time to expand my work. Right now I'm using Bubblews, Postloop, Microworkers, and Mturk. It'll be nice to add a few more to the daily visits. Thanks for the list!
