Tip: Spyware on machine

Hi all

If you notice some spyware on your machine and decide to run spyware removal software, it is always best to run your computer in safe mode before running your spyware software. Safe mode will disable spyware so it is easy to remove.

To run your machine in safemode:

1) Restart your machine
2) Continuosly tap F8 on your keyboard
3) Select safemode and press enter.

Excellent tip GKD, does that work on all machines? I mean the continosly tapping F8?
Don't some manufacturers place the same function in a different key like F2 ?

Some manufacturers like Dell use F2, but I believe Dell are also changing to F8 on new machines they are building.
