Each and every factor is important if you want to top the search engines. But the one factor i think is most important is that the keyword suggestion. Keyword plays a very significant role in SERP. If the keyword is not properly chosen then though your content is fresh and unique you can't top the SERP results.

Thanks for sharing the great lists and I do think this list setup a guideline in SEOing or SEMing all sites, including on-page and off-page factors. The problem is how could this nice list be performed in really world.
I think if we could do most of the jobs on the list, success would not be a problem. IMO.
