Track placements with Bemob and facebook

Hi folks, it's been a while.
I have a question. Is it possible to track placements with Bemob for Facebook Ads?
I'm asking this beacause I never tracked Facebook ads with Bemob because I use native Fb platform and basicly I run ads only on FB and Instagram so I think the placements are Fb and IG.
Is there any sense to track placements with Bemob while running Fb ads?

Maybe, you could set up a s2s postback from your landing page instead of only relying on the 40% useless Facebook pixel that is on most block lists now.
