Tracking conversions on Mobidea

Hello,

I've been having trouble tracking conversions on mobidea since I started working with them. I have communicated with the mobidea support team and they have confirmed that my postback url and offer url are correct however the conversions still aren't being sent back to my tracker(redtrack) or ad network(propeller ads). I haven't had trouble tracking conversions with any other affiliate network, so im wondering if anyone else has had similar issues with Mobidea and if so how did you solve the issue?

Did you tried to contact propeller support and explain the situation?
I had the same thing but with another network and tracker, support of network helped me a lot with that isuue

If you didn't do it yet, contact our Support team, we would look through it as well, and if needed we'd contact PropellerAds managers for deeper investigation
