Hey guys. I want buy traffic from push ads networks for my website (not an affiliate offer). I want to consider everyone who clicked a specific button or filled an email as a conversion in order to see which zones brought me conversions. Is there a way to do it?

Use a tracking link to your website as the push ad link example.com/page.html?a=xxxx&b=ssss&c=89
The best way is to extract your data from your HTTP server log to get instant updates an optimize (need ssh and bash skills however)
You can use absolutely any external tracker for such purposes, Google will offer you many such trackers, and then transfer the necessary data through the tokens of the ad network
