I am looking for tracker which post the conversion in Google ads, Facebook ads and Microsoft ads.

I found CPVLAB Pro and Voluum have these features but the cost is out of budget.

There are an abundance of trackers with free options and trials. You cannot do this without a tracker.

FunnelFlux Pro has integrations with all of these as well, in addition to TikTok and newly added Snapchat.

It's pretty common functionality these days, but I'm not sure you're going to find it if the limitation is an extremely cheap tracker (i.e. <$50/mo), since that eliminates almost all decent tracking platforms.
