Tracking Tool for a publisher

We are a Fashion Mobile and web App (publisher) which it is currently looking for a tracking technology to track CPC and CPA (sales) for its own campaigns with brand partners.

We need to know : a) the clicks done and b)clicks that convert into sales and how much is the sales value in the brand side.

I appreciate someone could recommend some provider to give us the service.
