Trouble installing Hotbar (Leadimpact)

I am having a real issue when trying to install Hotbar so I can check out some of the competitions landing pages, I have a clean built XP machine but every time I try and install Hotbar it comes up with this error:

"Setup.exe" has an invalid or disabled configuration. Unfortunately we are unable to install this file for you at this time. Please try this again later"

Anyone else had this problem?

Is there any other way I can get Leadimpact pop ups reliably?

Maybe install clickpotato, their traffic also comes from there.
