A long time ago I coined the term "disconnected Place pages" or "disconnected listings".
A "disconnected listing" is when a listing ranks high in organic, but disconnects from local and drops out of the "pack".
Many of you who have taken my training know what I'm referring to and in the new video training I have an entire section devoted to how to troubleshoot “disconnected” listings and I think I’ve posted a couple times in the forum about how to diagnose the problem too. Here is how!
