unknown keyword in voluum

I have link the offer with voluum and i get 4 lead
But I found that the keywords that i got from them the conversions Does not appear

Have you PM'd Voluum for some help? Could this be the result of bot traffic? Sorry, I haven't used Voluum yet, but I had this happen a couple of times with BEVO and found some bot traffic would behave this way.
