Would there be a difference for a hosting account from belgium or a hosting account in the country where you want to start your campaign.
I have hosting in Belgium, so if I set my .com domain thru hosting account in Belgium, will there be any difference if I should set it on a hosting account in the United States.

I've heard that it can make a difference for google and SEO.
