VB/VBA strConv() & vbProperCase

It's funny you know. I've been using Visual Basic since 1996 when it was VB4 and it took me until yesterday to come across this handy function and option. Especially useful for non case sensitive jet databases such as Access. Can be used to ensure data is added consistently.

I wish i knew how to use VB , its something thats always interested me but never really got into it.

I still love it. Most of the stuff I do these days is in VBA but it's just as good a development environment and nearly everyone has it.

Very powerful but it takes about 6 months before you can build anything useful and about 3 years before you become completely proficient with it. And that's if you are in a full time VB developer role. I was lucky enough to learn all this stuff on someone else's time.
