According to Flick blog, if you're a pro member you can upload videos up to 90 seconds on Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing .

More than that, they’re doubled the size of photos that can be uploaded as 20MB per photo for pro members and 10MB per photo for members with free accounts.
