Voluum + f5 Media Tracking information Help

So i have read how to track postback url properly but i am having no luck with voluum picking up my conversions

Heres what i have

Offer URL - http://f5mtrack.com/?a=xxxxx&c=xxxxx&s2={clickid}

Postback URL - http://xxxx.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid={#s2#}&payout={3.20}


Put the postback url in the offer for f5 media

all links are correct, conversions are going through and showing up on f5 but no conversions coming through volume

Can anyone help me with this?

You need to remove the {} from your voluum postback.
Postback URL - http//xxxx.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid={#s2#}&payout={3.20} - all f5 tokens are set up like #s2#, #price#, #s3# etc. - if there are { } around them, our system will not change the tokens and instead just pass back the literal string {#s2#} [[which won't allow your postback to track]].

it's the f5 system calling your voluum postback, so you need to use the f5 tokens for our system to properly fill in the fields to pass them after a conversion.

For Voluum
Please append s2={clickid} to the end of the F5 Unique Links, and place that complete link http//f5mtrack.com/?a=XXXXXX&c=XXXXX&s2={clickid}
Please append cid=#s2# to your postback pixel to enable the subid. xxxxx.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid=#s2#&payout=#price#
