Voluum is showing conversions, ClickDealer is not, need help!

Hi there,

I've been bouncing between the support staff of the various parties involved (ClickDealer, Voluum, MobFox) and can't seem to get a solid answer. I have my postback URL set up in ClickDealer, I've set my offer URL up correctly in Voluum, yet still no conversions show up in ClickDealer. However, they DO show up in Voluum, which is strange and confusing...

This is the postback I'm using: http://blahblahblah.voluumtrk.com/postback?cid=#s2#&payout=#price#

ClickDealer displays clicks, but no conversions.

I can post more specifics if anybody needs them in order to help solve this! Anyone have any ideas?

Did you try setting up your timezone in clickdealer's dashboard? If Voluum is receiving the conversions, it's because Clickdealer is sending them, so they should register them at some time.

your offer Link in voluum, must look similar like this:

http://cldlr.com/?a=1111&c=2222&s1=&s2={clickid}

in clickdealer your tracking seems right.

Did you enter your postback for the offer or did you set a global postback?

If voluum showing conversion but clickdealer not, seems like a misconfiguration.
