I'm new here and I was looking for some advice on Voluum tracking software, this is my first time using the product, so I have been through the program and setup a new campaign including a landing page,and according to the support screenshot.........
"To get your first campaign going, select one lander and one offer. Once you save the campaign, you can test it by opening the Campaign URL in your browser. If everything is set up correctly, you should be redirected to your lander. The click tracking link on the lander should take you to the selected offer. The visit and click would then be registered in the reports." and as far as that goes it works,but when I view the landing page on my mobile and tap and go to the offer the report only records the click and not the visit?, each time I test from the browser both the click and visit are recorded? any ideas on what I might try to correct it?
