Wanted developer for simple DB Powered site

I am looking for a web developer to create a simple database powered website for me. The application is a directory like application that list restaurants only.
The data is currently in a spreadsheet, needs to be exported into MySQL and a website build around it.
There is currently about 200 restaurant in the database. Each will have a dedicated page with of their own, all the pages on the application must be search engine friendly.

The applications will have the following functions:
- Add new restaurant
- Update existing listing
- Upload images

Search Functions
- Users will be able to search for restaurant by post code
- Users will be able to search for restaurant by rating

I have created some sites with music DB (where people can download mp3s), there is none online now because those sites were ilegal.

I also created a software download portal but is gone

I am familiar with the type of site you want.

Hi Temi, if your after a good directory script that has a hell of a lot of admin customising out of the box. PM me . there no postcade search but search's it can be drilled down to a town/city
