Web Directories too many of them?

Its amazing the number of web directories out there, I wonder if I have just started noticing them or if they existed all along, there are thousands of them, I wonder if this is a good or bad thing.

Well they seem to be helping the PR and rankings so I say keep em' coming!

You are absolutely right on that one and of course you run a directory of directories so you will know all the new directories coming on the market

Yeah, I submitted all my sites to directories in these last 3 months and watched 5 sites go from 0/10 to 4/10 and one from 0/10 to 5/10 so Im going to keep doing it.

I also noticed a jump in keyword rankings for several keywords so it seems to helping there as well.

Your directories seem to add heavy weight so I want to include yours in everything I do. You also have front page and sub page advertising with me until the end of this year so hopefully I can help you out in return.

I am pleased the directories are working for you, its working for me too, it saves me a great deal in advertising cost, I don't get much traffic from the directories directly but I benefit from increase in ranking
