Webmaster of the year award

I tried to organise UK webmaster of the year award last year without success due to bad planning I want to ensure this year award takes place, hence I want to start the planning now.
All help will be greatly appreciated, I am looking for judges, sponsors and of course nominations. A graphic artist will also be very useful.
