Website and hosting backup

Hi all

How often should one make a full backup of his/her website and sql database?

Is it best to backup once a week, twice a week, once a month, daily etc

It really depends on how busy your website is, I would think once a month good if your host is stable, but if you have a not so reliable host, once a week if not once a day is the best thing to do.
Also when you site reaches importan milstones, a backup is always a good thing.
