I have had this site running since July 2009, "A Different League", and initially we ranked very high for a competitive keyword (just one though). For one day it also then ranked al my pages reasonably, but then the day after all my pages including the one that ranked very well, stopped ranking. Now the title even of an article, which is a unique title, ranks 5th instead of 1st, which looks like a penalty.
The thing is, this sounds like the "sandbox" treatment, but it has been like that since September, and nothing is changing. Any ideas to help get the pages ranked again? there are 4500 pages indexed, so at least one should rank, but they dont!
