It is definitely tempting to spend countless hours on the internet. For me, I use some strategies to limit my time on the internet, especially on social media sites. Here they are:

• I try to spend only about 15 minutes a day on Facebook. With Facebook, you tend to lose track of time so it's best to look at your starting time and allotting only 15 minutes for browsing on it.

• With games, I tend to play only on weekends. If I play everyday, I tend to become addicted and forget all my other tasks in life.

• With work, I allot about 8-10 hours a day since I do online work and that's more than enough time to earn a few bucks online.
