What are you reading?

Of course I know people soak up knowledge in various different ways, for me it's books, and I love knowing what inspires and motivates others to better themselves, both in business and in life.

I've just finished reading Tim Ferris' The 4 Hour Work Week (which I highly recommend) and I'm now half way through Chris Guillebeau's The $100 startup (again, highly recommended)

So what are you reading, and what would you recommend?
