Regarding Affiliate marketing and should someone take the plunge and start selling someone else's product for a percentage of the selling price our answer is yes as long as they go about it the right way and work very hard at it.

Too many people give the false impression that Affiliate marketing is an easy way to make money as do some who say likewise about Internet Marketing. This is simply untrue. If it really was easy then why are so few people doing it instead of going to a job, working long hours every day and taking home so little money?

Let us make it absolutely clear! Affiliate Marketing just like any new skill has to be learnt. Only when it is learnt and money made every month could it be considered easy. Another misconception often shouted by those who only want our money is that you don't need your own website or web hosting or a list, but only their worthless get rich quick scam product and more similar B.S.

While it is possible to make money by sending traffic to your affiliate link they will never be able to buy from you again unless you filter them though your own lead capture or squeeze page first. By sending them a related free gift or gifts before directing them to an affiliate offer, you have the ability to market more and more related and up sell related products to them instead of a one time gone forever sale?

Why do so very few people here not grasp the importance of building their own list instead of doing so for someone else? Or am I among the very few who realise how vital and profitable this is?

Come on people build a list before selling anything and then you might actually have a lasting business that continues to grow instead of constantly chasing the next sale.
