I don't know anyone and can't imagine there is anyone that does this service.
All affiliates do it themselves unless they are huge and then they may have staff they pay to do it.

I don't have anyone. Forget that I didnt want to pay monthly, I didnt think I cud get away with it anyway

Google Adsense isn't really an affiliate deal. With Adsense you get paid for every click - could only be a few cents. With affiliate programs you get a percentage commission but only if a sale is made or a lead form is filled out.
But if you want an easy way to put up one piece of code and have it automatically add and rotate all the different links you could get paid from, then Adsense could do the trick.
