There are tons of CPA networks popping up this year, it's insane!

What makes you pick one over another?
And for our newbies out here, what criteria do you think they should be looking at in priority when evaluating different options?

Any network that has particularly been able to help you meet your goals in the past 3 to 6 months?

newbies should first target the ad-networks with the low entry request policy, and try to test offers , nothing very much to focus on! The simplest way is to use tools to check this, it's one feature that has some good spy-tools!
